My name is Nicholas Pagel, based in Los Angeles, CA, and currently working as a Postproduction Lead for IDN (Indie Design Network). With over 5 years of experience in video editing, I have worked roles from editing sports for live TV such as the NFL's Insiders TV Program, to award winning short films such as NO RETURN, to YouTube videos for various content creators, and even promotional content like interviews and podcasts. I went to film school at Santa Monica College (2023-2025). Additionally, I have certifications in both Premiere Pro and After Effects. I have a diverse skill set primarily using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, as well as Photoshop. However, through my years of editing I have learned to use Avid Media Composer, DaVinci Resolve, and even Final Cut Pro. I have a broad understanding of both Televison and Film as well as various social media digital platforms. I'm passionate and eager to contribute my insights and skills to the industry. I'm dedicated to creating impactful and engaging content on the timeline.
